Xianyang textile industrial base is located in the prime site of Fenghe new district ,a newly planned area on the south of Weihe river ,it adjoins Chenliang road on the ease ,reaches to xian-baoji-highway on the north ,neighbors to xihu ,road on the west and faces changan huxian county on the south total planned area reaches five square kilometers ,the overall production scale is ;1.3million items of spindles ;145.400tons of yarn of different kinds ;15.200loom machines of various types ;annual production of grey fabric is around 589.1million meters ;the printing and dyeing capability is 340million meters ;knitwear reaches 24million items ;costume garment and decoration wares are around 24million items ,the base is divided into, three functional sections ;production section ,textile &garment trade exhibition section ,office and business section ,there will be two phases for the development of the textile industrial base and the second phase project will be completed by the year of 2006.
